COVID-19 Update

The COVID-19 crisis is a fluid situation which we are all monitoring closely. As of 3/14, I am making the following updates to my practice:

  • In an effort to practice social distancing, I am shifting all my work online during this time, and will no longer be seeing clients in my physical office until we are told it is safe to do so. The wellbeing of my clients and our community at large is my top concern. If you would like to book a virtual session, you can do so HERE (select “online/video chat” option). Online sessions work just as well as in-person- just grab your phone/computer/iPad, a hot cup of tea, and make yourself comfortable in your favorite chair.

  • I have added new evening and weekend hours, acknowledging that with schools cancelled, my regular business hours may no longer be convenient. If you don't find a time that works for you, reach out. I'm trying to be as flexible as possible in the coming weeks.

  • Finally, I know this is a heavy time, and that many of my clients might be grappling with the financial burden of this crisis. If you are interested in a session, but have difficulty affording it, please get in touch. I believe in equal access to all forms of healthcare, including nutrition work, and always offer support regardless of ability to pay.

Hang in there everyone! Stay positive, breathe, consume only as much news as you need to, and check in on your family, friends and neighbors.

I’m grateful to be a part of this community.
