That’s where I come in. I help women who are already carrying the world on their shoulders learn how to prioritize their health once again (without having everything around them fall apart).

Through my one-on-one nutrition coaching, I’m constantly blown away by how small yet consistent changes in diet and lifestyle can yield life-changing results in energy, mood, digestive function, and more. I love seeing my clients THRIVE by building habits that make healthy eating effortless (and delicious).

WHAT THIS ISN’T:

If you are looking for someone to give you a strict dietary regimen, where you closely monitor calories, and every morsel you put in your mouth is accounted for, then you are in the wrong place. That’s not what I do. Sure, you can deprive yourself for a few days, weeks, or months. But is it sustainable? Is it worth it? And is it healthy (emotionally and physically)? The answer is almost always a resounding “no”. My work is strongly influenced by the principles of intuitive eating and Health At Every Size (HAES).

15 Minute Discovery Call (FREE) - Phone/online appointments only.

Before scheduling, I suggest we schedule a 10-15 minute free introduction call where you can brief me on your goals, and I can tell you a little about what I do and how my approach might help you. This helps you ensure that I am the right person to work with, and helps me make the best use of your time during any upcoming sessions.

Initial Session (60 minutes) - In person and phone/online appointments available.

During our first session together, we’ll dive deep. We will go over your health history and paint a story of where you are now, and where you hope this journey will take you. We’ll go over your habits, hobbies, routines, likes, dislikes, and begin to draw up a roadmap on how to get you where you want to be. No dogma, no judgement, no stress. It’ll be fun, I promise!

Follow up Sessions (45 minutes) - In person and phone/online appointments available

During our follow up sessions, we’ll catch up, discuss your progress, celebrate your successes, and build on your plan. As your journey unfolds, we’ll build on your protocol to get you to where you want to be.
