If you have inurance, you are likely already paying for nutrition coverage you aren't using.
Most insurance plans will cover either all or most of the cost of nutrition counseling sessions! The cost of insurance is ever-increasing, and you should utilize benefits you are already paying for. I am so happy to help my clients in Charlottesville, VA and beyond (via Telehealth) utilize their benefits - get in touch and I can support you with checking what they do and do not cover in terms of nutrition counseling.

If you are not a member of the above plans, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

If you are not in-network with Aetna, I can provide you with a superbill upon request.
