This cooking class is made possible and sponsored by UVA Health System and UVA's Heart and Vascular Center.
This set of cooking classes will focus on cardiovascular health and will be taught by Nirvana Abou-Gabal, who will be joined by UVA Health System's Registered Dietitian, Katherine Basbaum. Guests will receive a sample of each of the courses listed below as well as the recipes to take home.
