Anyone who works with me knows that I consider meal planning to be the most important healthy eating tool.

Plan = Path to Success.

No plan = I'll eat the first thing I crave when my blood sugar is low, and I'm tired and cranky, and cannot be bothered to think about what to eat (let alone cook).

I created this program to get you on a meal planning roll, and to answer your weekly pre-grocery shopping question of, "what in the world should I cook?!". 

When you buy this product you will receive: 

  1. A customized suggested meal plan to suit your diet and food preferences. Serving sizes will be customized to the number of people you are cooking for.

  2. Delicious, nutritious, and approachable recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages (can be customized to accommodate numerous diets, including but not limited to: vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, low FODMAP, nightshade-free, etc).

  3. Weekly shopping lists.

  4. Access to me for follow up (2 emails, used within 30 days of receiving the meal plan).

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Upon checkout you will fill out a form which will allow you to let me know of your dietary preferences, likes, dislikes, and goals.

  • Within 2 business days you will receive your customized suggested meal plan, recipes, and shopping lists.

  • It's that easy :) One less thing you have to worry about on your weekend.
